This is actually a cute idea that I learned from one of my mom’s best friends, BTM. She normally uses cherry tomatoes, but this past weekend, we attempted this with radishes… it’s a fun (& different) appetizer when having company over!
Soak, clean, and slice your radishes or cherry tomatoes. Let dry on paper towel. In a small ramekin, fill 1/3 of the way with vodka. In another ramekin, fill 1/4 of the way with kosher salt. Dip the radish or cherry tomato into the vodka, then, lightly, dip the damp part of the radish or cherry tomato into the salt (careful not to get too much salt…). Enjoy!
