Chicken. Chicken. Chicken. It just sounds boring. Barely any emphasis on the word. Granted, it is the easiest thing to buy at the grocery store, simplest thing to freeze, and probably the most common protein to dry out. (Hello Bland.) Well, now that I have really enticed you all, it’s what is for dinner tonight! YAHOO! (Ok, you may sense my sarcasm, but in all truth, this is my least favorite thing to cook.)
